Value Ageing Seminar: Telecare and Social Inclusion

The Netwell Centre in Dundalk and Queen’s University in Belfast are partners in an FP7 funded Industry‐Academia Partnership, called ‘Value Ageing’. The project brings together experts in industry and academia from seven EU countries and over the next four years these organisations will collaborate on a range of initiatives aimed at using ICT to improve the quality of life for older people.

A ‘Value Ageing Seminar’ is being held in the Netwell Centre, Dundalk Institue of Technology on 22nd September. Anne Gill, Project Manager of the Older People’s Project, operated by Cross-border Health and Social Care Partnership, Co-operation and Working Together (CAWT), will give a presentation at the event entitled ‘Telecare and Social Inclusion’. Further details and information on registering can be found on the Netwell Centre’s Website.
